Learn the basics of growing vegetables in pots, including site selection, possibilities for pots, making potting mixes and choosing what to grow for spring, summer and fall enjoyment. Participants will receive one starter seedling and plans for a simple self-watering container. Snacks

Join Parks Conservancy staff at the Schenley Plaza Gardens for these regularly scheduled group volunteer events! Volunteers work with our gardeners to weed, deadhead, and mulch. Projects vary by season. Tools, gloves and training are provided.
