The Department of City Planning and the Office of Community Affairs is hosting an Adopt-A-Lot information session for the communities of Homewood, East Hills, Garfield, East Liberty, Lincoln-Lemington-Belmar and Larimer. These neighborhoods have some of the highest concentrations of vacant lots. The Department of City Planning has revamped the process for adopting a lot, and they would like to share that process with you.
